Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Seller HQ's Notion template, the shophq.tech website, and our HQ Apps (including MockupHQ and ListingHQ), operated by Great Northern Studio ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're buying

The Seller HQ Notion template is sold as a one-time purchase, duplicated into your own Notion workspace, which you own and can modify freely. HQ Apps (MockupHQ, ListingHQ, and related tools) are separate desktop applications, sold or subscribed to separately, that run on your own computer.

2. Independent product — not affiliated with Etsy

Seller HQ and the HQ Apps are independent productivity tools built for people who sell on Etsy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc., used here only to describe compatibility and purpose.

3. Etsy API access (where applicable)

If an HQ App offers a feature that connects to your Etsy shop via Etsy's official API, that connection is optional and requires your explicit authorization through Etsy's own login flow. We only request the access scopes needed for the specific feature you use, we never make changes to your live Etsy listings without an explicit action from you, and you can disconnect access at any time from your Etsy account settings.

4. License & restrictions

You may use the template and apps for your own shop(s) or client work you're contracted to do.
You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the Notion template, its content, or the HQ Apps as your own product.
You may not reverse-engineer the HQ Apps for the purpose of building a competing product.

5. No guarantee of results

Seller HQ and the HQ Apps are productivity and organization tools. We don't guarantee specific sales, ranking, or income outcomes from using them — results depend on your products, market, and effort.

6. Refunds

Digital purchases (the Notion template, one-time app purchases) are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law, since the product is accessible immediately upon purchase. If something is broken or not as described, contact us first — we'll make it right.

7. Subscriptions

Where an HQ App or the HQ Suite is offered as a subscription, you can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after cancelling.

8. Liability

We provide these products "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the template or apps, including any issues arising from your use of third-party services (such as Etsy) that these products may connect to.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product line evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
